I guess it's a trick question.

79 99 and 2001 can be called
NFL championships but are known as Super Bowls.

But as far as NFL "championship" games some were NFC and others weren't.

Those where Conference Championship. The Poll was speaking strictly of League Championships/ SB's. There where 9 " Conference Championships" The Rams have Lost!
