Logical move. We needed help at CB. Rough rookie year outside. Okay second year. Has struggled since then after they moved him to the slot.
McCreary is a Denzel Ward lite at a fraction of the cost and 3 years younger if they like him. Winner!!
I'm fine with this move. Adds depth. Who knows, could be another player who had a change of scenery and excels. Anyway, its not like we're gonna find a lockdown all pro corner. There aren't many as it is. Teams don't just give them up.

I always thought this guy was a pretty good player. And hey, Kevin Dotson was nothing special in Pittsburgh until we got out hands on him. It's not hard to imagine that playing for Tennessee wouldn't necessarily bring out the best in a player. Hopefully this change in scenery propels him onward and upward.

One tweet said against us he was targeted 5 times with 5 completions for 89 yards including 40 YAC. I guess he really impressed Les Snead! Hope the new environment boosts his game.

Excellent move. McCreary's a solid cornerback, one of the better young ones on the market. Physical, average height, played on a bad Titans team, so we don't really know his fullest potential.
And it could help us potentially get a comp pick from him if he signs a mega contract elsewhere.

The mere fact he’s gone from the hapless Titans to the contending Rams will put a spring in his step.
