Pea Soup
(I actually make a stew from Pea soup...not split pea. I use milk instead of water, 10 cans of soup, 10 cans milk, 5 lbs roasted and seasoned potato chunks and 4-5 pounds of hand diced ham... It's a great winter dish not only because it's stick to your ribs good and filling, but all the fiber helps move things along...which for those who don't know winter... it's easy to get dehydrated. I literally made it up on the spot one day and it's become a family favorite)
