I think everyone here pretty much knows that. He’s a guy with a good track record for winning who can come in and do a good job if needed (hopefully it won’t happen).

That said, he did play for two of the most hated franchises and has had a questionable track record for companionship.

Bottom Line is that JimmyG, for all the crap we give him, is a decent NFL QB and by far the best backup QB we've had in recent memory.
Hope we don't need him but if we do he can certainly execute a ball control offense (which looks like the current direction) just fine.
