Snead started the Fuck Them Picks, now he's saying Fuck the CAP. I've never seen a team manipulate the CAP as well as the Rams. Some team Demoff has assembled.

Bobby Wagner changes how the Rams will play defense. Morris can now keep his two ILBs on the field. Wagner's experience can be a difference-maker back-stopping the DL, especially on run plays. His ability to diagnose the play quickly allows him to get into position. He's a Kyler killer in that he can take away or exploit Kyler's need to read short and quick. That is the real impact IMO Wagner brings to the team. He's the perfect mentor for Jones as well.

I only hope that Snead has one more move up his sleeve, i.e. to replace Miller long terms. But you cannot argue with what Snead is doing and hopefully, Morris can use the weapon he has been given correctly.
