Love the pick.... High character guy and a stand out at the senior bowl...which are two of the boxes Sneed tries to check as much as possible...but here we also have a big body...a tough player...which sometimes we've sacrificed in lieu of those other 2 boxes....

Does this make Allen or Noteboom expendable sooner rather than later(not that Avila would play tackle but plugging him inside could bounce Jackson to Tackle)
