Gerald Everett also had a nice day. I wish he was a better route runner, because he's so gifted. But he does seem to be rounding into form and getting more PT. That was a very nice catch by him at the 1. If he can progress and turn into a major weapon at TE, I don't know how anyone will stop this offense.

I really liked seeing him catch that ball with a defender all over him making a play on his hands. I agree if he can, at the very least, develop into someone who can be relied on to make those kinds of catches in the redzone our offense has no more weaknesses. That's the only thing I miss from Watkins is those quick easy touchdowns he gave us when slanting inwards at the goal line.

Absolute statement win to by going for it on 4th and not even giving Wilson a chance.

Over a minute left and he was getting huge chunk plays, I still can’t beleive our coach threw his big ol nuts on the table.

This team has the IT factor.

Refocused, NFL Week 5: Los Angeles Rams 33, Seattle Seahawks 31
BY PFF ANALYSIS TEAM

It wasn’t Todd Gurley‘s biggest rushing day by any means, but he still managed to find the end zone three times and added another 36 yards on four catches out of the backfield.

Jared Goff came back to earth after back-to-back stellar performances. He had a couple of miscues, including a fumble where the ball just slipped out of his hand when trying to throw. Fortunately, that one was recovered by a teammate and didn’t lead to a turnover. However, Goff played better down the stretch to help lead the Rams to three scoring drives before running out the clock on their final possession.

It was a rough day at the office for Marcus Peters, who saved some face with an important pass break up late on, but was also the chief victim as Russell Wilson got the Seahawks downfield passing attack working.

It may not have been his best day, but you need only look at the speed with which J.R. Sweezy was beaten by Aaron Donald to understand that Donald can do things other players can only dream of.

This was supposed to be a slaughter in the trenches, but the Seahawks more than held their own against the Rams talented defensive front, with D.J. Fluker especially impressive with his work in the run game. The unit as a whole did a good job in pass protection in their best performance of the year.

It’s easy to see why Chris Carson has turned himself into the premier back in Seattle. His ability to find the open running lane and maximize the yardage he gets continuously put the Seahawks in a good position.

It wasn’t Shaquill Griffin‘s best outing, as it looked like he allowed multiple big gains to both Robert Woods and Josh Reynolds, and missed at least one tackle after the catch.

The Seattle defensive line was fairly ineffective. Jarran Reed made a few stops in the run game, but otherwise, they didn’t play all that well against the run and really struggled to get pressure on Jared Goff.

Keys to the game:

Los Angeles:
After a slow first half, the Rams were able to put long drives together and score on their first three possessions of the second half, before taking the lead and sealing off the win.

Seattle: They moved the ball because their line didn’t just hold, but did a good job neutralizing the Rams fantastic front.

Their line didn't just hold. Sometimes they out-and-out tackled the Rams defensive lineman.

most unsung woods rac yardage (guy is a jitter bug)
most under appreciated ol (gives goff brady like time)
most under rated gurley being keyed on so much that it opens up other things
most important coaching staff that has installed winning attitude
most greatest team ever wow !!!!!!!!!!!! hook em horns.

I’m damn proud of the team winning ugly - look at the progress since the playoff loss to ATL. Yesterday the game was going against the Rams and they went downfield and scored points. We lose that game last year; however they came up clutch when required. Horns Up!

1. only booth can do replays under 2 min...
2. He had no time outs anyway.
3. See both #1 and #2 times infinity.

But they could have booth reviewed it when Seattle took the timeout. Bush league by the officiating crew, especially at that critical point in the game.

Is she real or does she just look like animation?

She's real. The sharpies she used on her eyebrows caused your confusion. I used to date women like that while living in San Jose, CA. I like her. :)

The most informed shitpidgeon fan I've heard since 2012

Shout out to her and her make-up

Exactly.

After five games in 2018, the top two passing leaders in the NFL are Jared Goff and Kirk Cousins. Both were developed by Sean McVay. Drew Brees will play tonight and move into the top five, but this is how it stands for now.

That YPA, wow.

Well, that likely took a dive after this game, but yeah, he's been on a tear.

Pretty sure we focus on running down Denver's throat, so I dunno if Goff has a massive stat game in Denver.

Visiting QBs tend to have issues with the ball sailing on them in the altitude, so we'll see.

I'd rather the Rams get to Denver at least a day early and get acclimated to the weather and the altitude.

Shecocks were headhunting our receivers today. Refs were on their side looking at the non flags on those concussion producing tackles.

You know it's bad when even the media is questioning and they typically don't question the biggest issues.
