Well first off, it’s not the actual return team, second, it’s one of the most injurious plays in football and he knows it.

Sorry but in watching how Payton is, I don’t think for a second that Williams came up with the idea of the bounty system in NO. That twat gets off on using players for his personal games.

Is Payton still salty he lost to McVay last year? LOL going for 2 up 26-0 with barely any time left
 
I'll be very curious as to what the final roster looks like.

The backups certainly put enough tape up for the coaches to decide.

All I know is that if Mundt doesnt supplant Hemmingway, I'll be very upset. Mundt really showed up.

Might be 4th stringers left, but it’s still “1st string” refs...and they’re awful. Scary.

And Asshole Face adding to his epic douchery by challenging a 2-point conversion, in the 4th quarter of the 4th preseason game with the score 28-0.

This is exactly why Payton is doing this right now. Mental warfare and I think he's hoping the young head coach will try to go for revenge and make mistakes instead of doing what normally the play sheet or game plan would call. Stand Firm Mcvay!!

I don't care about the 2pt conversions... some coaches use the preseason to work some things and if the Saints aren't super confident on their kicking game or if they think with their D that they may be in a lot of shootouts, then it makes sense.

What doesn't make sense is the constant blitzing, redoing a meaningless kick and other things they've done.

I honestly don't care about the score. We got out healthy and I think there's a clear picture of who will be on the roster.

Point is that Asshole Face is a petty ass and all this little stuff in the preseason won't be forgotten come the regular season.

The point is to evaluate the bottom of the roster - the bottom of the roster mostly plays special teams. An extra look on special teams isn’t the worst thing in the world.

If McV cared then why punt at all? We could just run a play. Who cares where the ball is if we turn it over?

I don't expect McVay to change other than keeping the starters in until the end of the third quarter, but I wouldn't be surprised if Wade doesn't grind it in a bit.
 
Time to watch the game from last season. Glad I have the 1 week trial of game pass.
 
I am disappointed that Perez hasn’t been given enough to work with. I guess its PS worthy, i just think if he had the same amount of time as Mannion or Allen it would of shown. His release itself looks better than Mannions and Allens combined.
