We got 3 tall receivers in Higbee, Thomas and Britt, I could see them brining in another slot which I bet is marquez.



It better be marquez or I'll be doing some drinking tonight.

I want Magee on the PS. He has potential to possibly become a starter if any of our current starters happen to get injured.

He looks like player to me. He made some plays happen all by himself among scrubs in preseason. Has some explosiveness too.

I'd bet Marquez is gone before Quick. You have Cooper at 5' 11, TA is 5' 8", and Marquez is 5' 10". I don't see the Rams keeping 3 WRs that small.

Quick can catch though. While he had drops in preseason...it's interesting so many can't remember before Quick got injured he was the leading Rams WR. He certainly can block better than any WR the Rams have...and don't act like Marquez lit it up himself.

Quick 2015 - 10 catches for 102 yds

Those stats are from Quick in his fourth year, Marquez in his rookie year. Marquez has also been mentioned by Fish to have "HOF" talent when it comes to special teams. He also reminds me a lot of Bailey, not played much but he catchest 95% of what's thrown his way. So you got Marquez who can play 2 positions and Quick who can show up every so often.

What is the current roster number at? And I wonder if after the 53 is announced if they will attempt to switch out said last WR for another just cut guy WR before the season starts.

Two years is a long time in football.

Also, 80 catches 1,247 yards, and 11 TDs.

That's Drew Bennetts stat line from his best season. The point of that being, Quick may have been off to a great year, but one great year does not make a great reciever.

So you think what Quick did 3 years ago in less than half a season is why he should be on the roster?

Also comparing their 2015 stats? Really? Comparing a rookie against a 4th year pro? and that 4th year pro had 14 yards more only?

I dont know if your post was sarcasm or not. lol.
