"Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Year Jazz Ferguson is a big-bodied, athletic receiver at 6'4.5" and 227 pounds. He ran a 4.45 40-yard dash, had a 37-inch vertical leap and 10-3 broad jump.
He began his college career at LSU before transferring to Northwestern State. In 2018, he caught 66 passes for Northwestern State for 1,117 yards and 13 touchdowns. He has been told he should be drafted between the third and fifth rounds in the draft next month."

Overview
Early entrant who jumped into this year's draft after leaving school due to suspension. Roemer clearly needs more developmental time for both his body and his play, but his maturity might be an equal concern at this stage. His athleticism is eye-catching and he plays with above-average body control and some torque strength in his hips. He needs development early on, but there is enough talent and potential to become a swing tackle and eventual starter if he stays on track.
Strengths

• Quick out of his stance and into his work
• Lateral glider to find his reach-block landmark
• Finds second-level linebackers with quick climb and adjustment
• Can unlock hips and sink under opponent
• Athleticism for inside-out pass sets
• Punches with inside hands and has decent timing to find the frame
• Good recovery agility when beaten
• Possesses pro potential

Weaknesses

• Suspended indefinitely and left the team in final season at SDSU
• Extremely immature, according to scouts
• Underdeveloped frame with no butt and thin legs
• Play strength misses the mark
• Momentum from move block stops in tracks at contact

The Raven's greatest need coming into the draft was WR. With AJ Brown, they got a guy who has #1 WR potential. Their roster has a couple of promising receivers who could develop into #2/3's, but they still lack a WR who can 'take the top off.' I've been watching this guy rocket up boards after an impressive pro day. Hopefully, the Baltimore Raven's have found a sleeper with the #191st Pick:

I think I made the Cardinals better with this so far. Improved and gave depth to the OLine. I'm not sure I'd go Murray but it looks like that's the way they'll go. Harry is a good addition and a local guy. Tillery and Long might be day one starters on D as well. Also they have the ever important Mr Irrelevant still to come.
