Not much in the way of quality RB's being cut today, so it's likely going to be a trade or post August 31 cut before we make a move or moves at the position. jmo.

As I understand it, Hecker doesn't count because he's still in covid protocol. He's our 5th "off the roster" guy but we get to bring him back once he clears the protocol. Basically buying us time on the last cut.

No surprises there really.Raymond Calais the only real questionable one.
He had a nice PR.The Rams RB situation is a little iffy.I would have thought maybe he would have lasted a little longer,but this actually gives him a chance at possibly finding a new home before 53?

Is Wolford healthy at all ? It’s a good question. I do know The Rams ran the Wildcat 7 times against Green Bay so there is that’s.

With Calais out of the picture this year the Rams need a returner. The most logical would be Landen Akers or JJ Koski. Aker's speed will appeal to DeCamillis. If they IR Benny Sko that opens a spot for Akers but it would be at the expense of T. Jack. That said, Akers could potentially have more upsides overall plus he would be the returner this year. So do the Rams carry 7 WRs? Not sure they can afford to. They will have to hope Koski and T. Jack can clear waivers.

Henderson whacked his thumb, not really worried about it. They are all going to get banged up, it’s the nature of the game. He’s back in practice getting reps.

Funk and Jones looked better. I don’t see the complaints about pass pro, they are rookies. They get better with more reps and playing with the 1’s will help.

Gervase, Harris, Rozeboom, Anderson, or Hall, take your pick. There's plenty more on our roster who won't be added to the practice squad.

Saw X Jones interview & when Raymond Calais went down he felt bad.Then again he took advantage of those Reps.
Mcvay is risk vs reward with this RB group. To say The Rams aren’t looking to get better & willing to make a move for a RB would be silly on my part.I’ve always been a big fan of the preseason.
I remember Fisher trying to watch out for players health.Spags I believe brought in Reggie Scott.There is a lot of communication that goes into The Rams Franchise.Kevin Demoff is the biggest Rams Fan.Just know he has his own timeout room at SOFI is funny.

Freaking this was in the making for a while.Heard the rumor.Knew it was in place when a certain date & time came together.Saw your post & checked out the news barely.
This is what the Doctor had ordered.
Sony is a Georgia guy off hand. Now adding the prices.
He played with or came for Todd Gurley.He was The Main reason Imo. The Pats won the SuperBowl against The Rams.He got hot at the right time. Matthew Stafford is a Georgia guy so there is a lot to like about this trade. Not for what The Rams are giving up ?
