So I made the mistake of Googling "SoFi Stadium" yesterday to see if there was any more news on the this.

The unexpected result - my advertisements on every website in Chrome are now bombarding me with loan ads.

I always hoped Dodge would randomly buy the naming rights. Dodge stadium. Home of the Rams and Chargers.

All businesses take advantage of their customers, that’s how they make a profit, make money, stay in business, and grow as a business. Name a company that is growing, and you’ll see if you look hard enough how they take advantage of their customers in order to grow. Some are just are just doing it in plain sight, while others are are more stealthy in their thievery.
That's not true. A lot of businesses have a very simple transactional relationship with the customer. The customer pays money based off of the value of the raw product and labor cost. It's a one time transaction and if the customer doesn't like the price they can go somewhere else.

Some retails push credit cards or payment plans, but unlike with student loans you can declare bankruptcy when shit hits the fan. It's an unchecked system, which is terrifying and why the student loan debt in America is rising exponentially.

I was wondering about that...The Chargers really deserve nothing in all of this except to pay rent. If you had asked me in 2015 as to which teams would "win" the relocation battle, I of course thought the Rams would, but my gosh, look at the broke @ssed Raiders getting a brand new stadium in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, Spanos' Chargers are the new Clippers in LA, lol.
From what I’ve read that Vinny isn’t mentioning is the difference in revenue is what is allocated to go to paying off the debt. But since we own the stadium it makes sense.

What benefit at all do the rams get by having the chargers in the stadium. They pay $1 rent, get to keep all income from their game day revenue. What's in it for the rams?

They were allowed to move to LA.

The league demanded that the Rams negotiate with either the Chargers or the Raiders to share the stadium, as one of the conditions for the move from St Louis to be approved.

Watching Kroenke tossing Spanos over the scoreboard to ground zero would be a nice start.

We need 10,000 Chargers fans in the stands every game. Make Spanos look around the country for a better option!

Meh, in a couple of years when the NFL expands again, the Chargers will relocate to Mexico City. Owners have been wanting to go international for years.

Stan just take less money and get Dodge to sign on with the "Ram Tough" stadium. And it'll p!$$ Spanos off too, bonus!

Just think - when the Raiders visit most fans will be rooting for the Raiders, not the Chargers. And then the announcers will have to say "Welcome to Ram Tough stadium".

That oughta send the Chargers back to San Diego, or even Mexico City.

Honestly, if the Chargers were sold and the new owner moved them back to San Diego, much of that fan base would come back.

They need a Kroenke type to build a stadium and mend some wounds. I know that sentiment won’t resonate with everyone.

The Chargers went to the playoffs and still never played in front of a Charger crowd all season...

They get to design the stadium to be a giant RAMS logo, and laugh at the Chargers every time the blimp shows our beautiful new home from the sky above... glorious. Can't wait until they build the blue and gold lighting so the horns really POP. That stadium is awesome.

Except that they and their customers are in an opt in relationship. No business can force me to use them, unlike the government. Beyond that, I wholly disagree with your premise. Any company that is taking advantage of me, loses me as a customer. Saying that all companies are basically thieves is way off the mark, in my opinion.
