I haven't seen all the Rams games but the videos I saw, it was the blocking that seemed to be the problem, but the clips I saw today, it looks like Karty was the problem. Missed a 25 yarder and made a knuckle ball 36 yarder, but McVay skipped a short FG that would have made the lead 3 scores.

Glad the Rams won but our offense looks average and kicking FG) game looks below average right now. This was against a depleted Ravens team. Had Jackson played, I'm not sure the Rams get the W on this one.
We were fortunate to win that game. We will most likely be without Nacua in London. Jags are a good team this year. They will be a challenge. But Atwell will be back.

I think confidence is the bigger issue here. Well, confidence and our horrendous blocking and snapping on special teams. I don't think Karty is responsible for all the blocked kicks.
I have a weird theory - I think McVay is sharing play-calling duties on O.
Either it's OC 1st half / McV 2nd half, or
It's McV 1st half / OC 2nd half
Crazy idea, I know, but there has to be a reason we look like a different team in the 2nd half.

The 2 prior years there were lots of holes to fill. So we had a lot of picks starting out of the gate. Now there isn't holes at the positions that the picks were made, especially on Offense. Hard to get on the field as a TE, WR, RB.
We can just consider that a testament to how great the previous two drafts were.

I’m amazed at how fast the Rams have turned over their roster in the McVay era. This is the 3rd rebuild and so far the Rams have only missed the playoffs twice.

First time we had a really bad run defense and Reeder being in the game - coincidence?
I was not happy about giving up a turnover because of some stupid penalty and that kickoff/ or punt coverage.
But just think about us having living with So Ram blarping himself over Reeder sticking his arm out causing that fumble.
Would it have been worth it, yes................................................................................. I guess.

Yeah, and only one injury plagued losing season. The other year they were 9-7 in 2019 when they missed the playoffs.

Heh - I have him on ignore - it has saved my sanity

Watching the game replay and this isn't news, but my gawd was Reeder abused in that first drive. Can't see how Dolac doesn't start or at least get the overwhelming majority of the snaps next to Landman.
Ya the thing about a bigger ILB is that, conceivably, he doesn't get pushed around as much by OG's. But when you're out of position, and not willing to dive into the scrum to make a play, what does it matter? I don't think I saw Dolac getting washed out of plays, he fought off blocks well iirc.

Exactly what I was trying to say in all my posts.
