4th game in a row the OL hasn't given up a sack..

And also, Stafford has been maneuvering the pocket at an elite level.

Yes! However, we had like 4 or 5 holding calls and those are drive killers when you want to run the ball.

I’m not getting the lack of Tutu usage. He’s getting some reps but only 1-2 targets a game. Maybe Stafford isn’t seeing him? Maybe he’s not getting as open as it looks to me when he is targeted?
I dunno I feel like Stafford and Tutu actually have really good chemistry. They’ve been really good together. My guess is McVay doesn’t think the run game is the same with Tutu.

But we should throw at least 2 go balls to Tutu a game. If for no other reason than to keep the defense honest.

Phew.

Nothing comes easy, but at least we got the W.

Love this D. Lately they always seem to come through when their backs are against the wall.

Yeah you should probably pay closer attention. Kupp still does fine vs zone coverage, but when teams play man, he STRUGGLES.

He was wide open at least three times tonight against man and Stafford missed him twice-- one instance would've been a TD. Kupps lone catch tonight was against man. The Cards brought 5 and Collins was matched up on Kupp. Maybe you should follow your own advice, or at least provide examples.

I think we are going to see a different Rams offense when we get to the playoffs. McVay and Stafford are doing just enough to win games right now, barely, but still winning them.

I seriously think the playbook gets opened to the back pages when playoffs start, and this Vanilla shit we are witnessing right now will be a thing of the past.

From 1-4 to 10-6. That doesn't happen all that often. I don't care how they did it. The fact they did it is what counts. If we make the postseason, the worry is we'll get bounced early? All that means to me is we made the postseason and I got to watch an 18th Rams game. And some youngsters got some important experience. I can think of a shitload of worse things. No amount of complaining and criticising changes anything.

Loved the constant pressure Shula Dialed up.

It might not be immediately obvious, but Kyler Murray was rushed into throws multiple times.

Another 9 point output for the defense. Is there another defense playing better?
It's not like we are shutting down elite offenses, but they have been resilient for the most part.

However, if GB comes in here in the first round, they will have to play much better.

We’re all hoping that too. What we are seeing on the field now is not going to work in the playoffs if and when we get there.

Dink and dunk offense is the Rams Kryptonite these days. It negates the pass rush and takes advantage of that big cushion provided by the secondary. It’s hard to watch and doesn’t let the offense get into any kind of rhythm.

This team may reach the playoffs but I doubt they get very far.

Thank the lord the d played lights out again. Hard to believe the kept the opposition to less than double digits again yet the Rams struggled to get the win.

I'm still in disbelief that they had to win the game again after the late interception.

That 2nd down run after the first interception had me frothing at the mouth. Why does Mcvay insist on not going for the win on offense when all they need is a first down or two? That was a pathetic run call. At least try to give it a chance of making some yards if you want to run it.

They're only drive killers if your offense struggles creating explosive plays. The Cards got 1st downs on several 1st and 2nd long situations.

Another first quarter slow start against a quality playoff opponent will end this team's season for sure. Teams like the Lions, Packers and Iggles can get up early and just run the ball.

What happened to the offense that put up 44 against the buffalos?
