Great game.
First game in NFL history with 850 yards of combined offense with 0 turnovers and 0 sacks.
Great team win in terms of role players making major contributions.
May be the first time Ive seen a game end on a punt that ran out the clock.
Tutu came up big with a 3rd and 4th down conversion that kept scoring drives alive.
Kupp and still do his thing and is a major part of the run game.
Puka may be the best all around WR in football. What a stud.
OL finally playing together makes a huge difference, obviously.
The D was not good.
Verse and Young were a total negative in this game. Young is at times a stupid player, and he showed that again on Sunday. Verse has no concern for setting an edge or keeping an edge. Over and over he crashed inside....while not really getting close to Allen....and created massive run lanes. When he did have chances to make tackles he usually missed. F- game from him, his worst as a pro.
The secondary looks bad.
We have to get the kid we just brought in on the field asap.....Williams suddenly looks washed. Maybe he has a little injury but, while he was playing pretty well earlier this year, everyone runs past him now.
The Rams continue to really struggle against screen passes.
That said, if the Rams O can play at 75% of the clip they did Sunday against most QBs, it won't matter.
Fantastic game from the offense and awesome to see the potential we all knew was there come to fore.
It was right call, make it or not, going for it on 4th down when McVay did.
It was refreshing to see Stafford come off of Puka and Kupp, who had coverage rolled to them, and find another receiver. Have the time to go through his progression was huge of course.
I wonder if McVay make a different call on that fourth down if the holder didn't mishandle the extra point attempt?
Now, onto the next, which will be another big challenge for the defense.
