Because...whether you're a Goff fan or not, it is clear that he is not a QB who is gonna flourish unless he has 5 very good blockers in front of him. He is too immobile, and he can't feel pressure well. Some QB's can make do with a sub-par O-Line, but he is not cut from that cloth.
