Maybe you young pups can read that....![]()

Precisely. The only thing more irritating than seeing some shit ass wideout looking like Jerry Rice because our secondary can't cover, is seeing our defense get the ball run down their throat. And generally speaking the Eagles tend to have advantage against us in the trenches in the ground game. On both sides of the ball.My biggest concern is Watson being out. When he went down last game things changed fast. Open receivers galore. All a team has to do is stay away from McDuffie and look for the other guys. If that doesn't change, we're gonna be vulnerable no matter who the receivers are.
It's about goddamn time. I'm sure those other TEs know the offense better and have more trust built up and you don't want to hurt their egos and all that. But Klare actually has skills they don't have in the pass game. So it's worth a handful of snaps to throw him out there and see where he's at in any given game.“I've seen a guy that's maximized a lot of opportunities in practice and done some things on special teams,” said McVay. “He hasn't taken quite as many reps just because of the top four guys for the most part being available. But this week will represent an opportunity for him to be able to get some reps and maybe get some good game-time action for us.”
I think now they need to double who ever in the #1 and put McDuffie on whoever is next.My biggest concern is Watson being out. When he went down last game things changed fast. Open receivers galore. It won't be the first time a rookie only gets a chance to play because injury to a vet and low and behold lites it up or at least out plays the vets. Lets hope he shows up. It would help if they don't use him so much as a a key blocker. Use his receiving skills. I wonder if it is possible to compensate for a players weakness with play calling. It seems like McVay doesn't like to do that so he lets players with one exceptional skill set spoil on the sidelines.Precisely. They are calling for passing showers.Thinking the weather is gonna be a factor in this one. I am about 2 hrs south of Philly and this entire area is under a rain blanket for the next two days.
I like the cast with Ferret Face Frank Burns in the A Hole role rather than. Charles Winchester III. It was one of the best written long run sitcom's ever. The producers wanted a laugh track throughout the show. Alda and Co did not want it. So there was sort of a compromise. No laugh track in the operating room scenes.
T.V. Themes were HUGE in the old days. People dont realize, the great James Komack produced 3 great shows, that each had an iconic, Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame-level singer, sing its theme song.I like the cast with Ferret Face Frank Burns in the A Hole role rather than. The younger guys around here would not remember that in the 70s sitcom theme songs actually were played on the radio and charted.
Theme's from M*A*S*H*, Happy Days, Welcome Back Kotter come to mind. Still have some 45s of that stuff around in the attic.
I'm curious as to where he will line up. I saw him at the end of the line and even as an H-Back.Knowing how McVay works with rookies in their first game, I'd be surprised if Klare has more than a couple targets. Not to mention Stafford has to trust him too. The rapport between a quarterback and receiver can't be overstated. Stafford trusts Puka and Adams. Knows how they run their routes.
Aw man I miss humans’ ability to compose, master instruments, and sing. So many TV theme songs were incredible back then, even back into the 60’s.T.V. Themes were HUGE in the old days. Harry Nilsson- Courtship Of Eddie's Father
Jose Feliciano- Chico And The Man
John Sebastian- Welcome Back, Kotter.
Much like iconic New York City skyscrapers that came with grand design and sculpting in the old days, older television shows draw the same analogy.
Let's hope so. The 2026 draft has huge potential for being one of the worst drafts in Rams history, if Simpson doesn't work out.If Klare is special or gifted in any way, it’ll show on the field sooner rather than later. I just believe this is the case more often than not.
| Round | Pick | Player | Position | School | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 13 | Ty Simpson | QB | Alabama | |
| 2 | 61 | Max Klare | TE | Ohio State | |
| 3 | 93 | Keagen Trost | OT | Missouri | |
| 6 | 197 | CJ Daniels | WR | Miami | |
| 7 | 232 | Tim Keenan III | DT | Alabama |
I just don't see it, doesn't follow the historical procedure. I suspect a lot of 11 if Puka is truly ready with Allen and Higbee. I don't think 13 will be much of the game plan. It's about goddamn time. As long as the team is conscientious and intentional, and can work as a collective, then they can overcome that diversity that ultimately every team will face."that coveted mcvay adversity will be tested"....
LMAO....
mojo, not often, but when you do lay a good one on us, it's usually an instant classic...
