some of us might need to lower the bar a little...

JG is probably a little better than stett, but i don't think it's that wide of a margin...

yes i would rather JG, but im not gonna say stetson cant pull out a few games if needed...

don't forget, we now have a defense that could probably push nearly anyone to victory...

i'll never forget what my highschool football coach said at one of the first team meetings/practices...

"we are gonna stress good defense because if they cant score we cant lose...

I'm on the fence with Bennett the QB.

But I just have confidence that if McVay believes this is his guy, then he will have to brainpower to scheme/game plan him for success.

Never boring IMO, like to look at the younger players to see if they have something to add or even someone pushing for the roster. Anxious to look at the special teams under the new Coach Bubba Ventrone as to coverage and the return game.

Again my focus will be OL, Secondary & RB, maybe and actual Jarquez Hunter sighting plus we can to see if @Memento summer crush RB Dean Connors get his chance or the guy I liked last year in Jordan Waters.

Connors is close to that summer crush, but my actual UDFA summer crush? Peyton Zdroik. Smallish Air Force defensive tackle who basically crushed it in just about every speed and strength drill at his Pro Day, had outstanding stats in college, backed it all up by kicking ass against just about every O-linemen in the American Bowl where he was pitted against other hopeful NFL prospects who were in more competitive conferences.

Believe me, I love me Dean Connors (because it wasn't just Houston he played well at; he was outstanding at Rice - one of the worst teams in the FBS - as well. I also love Al'zillion Hamilton (great cover corner out of Fresno State that teams stayed away from in the end), Wesley Bailey (big time edger rusher out of Louisville that they love) and Eddie Walls III (edge rusher, even though he's injured and out for the season, I liked his tape at Houston, and the Rams obviously like him, too, since they're keeping him on the roster on IR and didn't waive him outright like other rookies with those medical issues). I know the Rams really like both undrafted tight ends Dan Villari (Syracuse) and Rohan Jones (Arkansas). I like our undrafted wide receiver free agents of last year as well (Tru Edwards being my favorite of them, but I love Brennan Presley and Mario Williams as well.). I'm hoping Tyler Scott can take X's place, hopefully.

But Zdroik is the guy I'm keeping my eye on the most, and I'm glad that Air Force is allowing him to play football here.

So i have to wait for the bearrs gme to end before theyll switch over? Gonna miss the opening series which is by far the one with most relevant players.

Tru did well in preseason last year,
