Note:
If Aaron "The Kraken!" Donald tallies 2 more sacks next week against GB, he would have a double digit sack total (10) at the season's midway point. For a guy who plays mostly as an interior DL, that would be simply outstanding!

We definitely give up yards to tight ends.

Small nit-pick, but seemingly accurate.

Happy B-Day

Is this 5-0 for you?

Yep!

Family got me a Cooper Kupp white jersey, a couple of Rams t-shirts and some really cool black track pants with the Rams logo on the leg.

Family actually watched the game with me.

I got to watch it because my mom has spent seemingly days on YouTube trying to figure out her Nvidia streaming box and she showed me how to get to Chrome and we streamed the buffstreamz feed.

Love that the family are really enjoying watching our Rams!

Was a great win and such a special day.

5 crazy stats from Rams' blowout win over 49ers
By: Cameron DaSilva

The Los Angeles Rams proved to be the much better team on Sunday in Santa Clara as they made easy work of the 49ers, beating them 39-10. The Jimmy Garoppolo-less San Francisco squad struggled to move the ball against a defense that played as well as it has all year.

Aaron Donald and Todd Gurley were the focal points thanks to their strong performances, but it was a complete team effort from start to finish, from the offense to special teams.

Here are five crazy stats from the Rams’ 29-point win, including a few from Donald and Gurley.

Aaron Donald is first player ever with 4 sacks, 6 TFL in a game

We’ve talked a lot about the game Donald had on Sunday, and we’ll continue to do so throughout the week, mainly because it was a performance of historic proportions. Not only was it a career high for him in sacks, but he also had six tackles for loss.

He’s the first player in NFL history (since 1999, when tackles for loss became a stat) to record four sacks and six tackles for loss in a single game. Only three other players have ever had six tackles for loss in a game: J.J. Watt (2012, 2015), Jeremiah Trotter (2001) and Andre Carter (2009).

Todd Gurley’s league-leading fifth game with 3 TDs since 2017
Sunday marked the fifth time Gurley has scored three touchdowns in a game, all of which have come since the start of 2017. That’s three more than any other player has in that span with Melvin Gordon, Tyreek Hill, Kareem Hunt and Alvin Kamara all posting two games with three scores.

The Rams are 5-0 in games where Gurley scores at least three touchdowns. Only 19 players total have scored three times in a game since 2017.

First game since 2003 with 7 sacks, 4 takeaways
Since 1951, the Rams have had 47 games in which they sacked the quarterback at least seven times; the franchise record is 11, set in 1963. On Sunday, they sacked C.J. Beathard seven times, but they also had four takeaways. This was just the 15th time the Rams have had at least seven sacks and four takeaways, the first since 2003.

Third win by 20-plus points, most in NFL
Sunday marked the Rams’ third 20-point win of the season, beating the 49ers by 29 points. They rank first in the NFL in that department with only the Ravens having multiple wins by at least 20 points.

A total of 15 other teams have one win by at least 20 points, while 15 teams have yet to win a game by that margin. Surprisingly, the Bills beat the Vikings by 21 points despite only scoring 81 points all season.

Rams nearly matched points off turnovers from previous six games
The Rams made the most of their four takeaways on Sunday, turning them into 24 points on offense. They lead the league in points off turnovers since 2017 with 177, but in one day, they nearly doubled their total from the first six weeks of the season.

In the previous six games, the Rams scored 27 points off turnovers on eight takeaways. On Sunday alone, they turned four turnovers into 24 points.
