This was a perfect example of what I've been saying about the Bears game. Tampa is clearly the better team, but only Dallas bumbling saved their asses. The Rams simply need to play to the level that they are and they can beat anyone. If they don't they can lose to anyone.

Their rookie center getting manhandled was huge.
Can you provide some examples?

I only saw the one manhandling and even then he stayed in front of his guy the entire time. Blythe would have gotten blown up and fallen on his ass. In addition, I think Dak should have avoided that play with his mobility.

On a lot of the plays, I saw him block his man well.

Of course, I wasn't specifically watching him the entire game so I could have missed some of his other failures.

Forget that non-call. Greg Zuerlein lost this game with his missed chipshot kicks. All other things being equal the Pats would have been down such that a TD would have been required.
Again I will stress that Zuerlein should not have even played with his back injury still hampering him. Coach should have put him on IR

Here's the thing. You leave it up to the Refs to call a game for you. You got a 50/50 shot on them making the call in your favor. Dallas beat themselves, they were the better team on paper, but mentally they f'ed it up. That Defense is still swiss cheese.

As I said in another thread, the receiver had his hand on the defensive player and then extended his arm.

That is a clear definition of an OPI.

If he didn't extend his arm while his hand was on the defender then it wouldn't have been OPI.
Even the former referee official that the TV crew had in the booth agreed it was OPI. And they generally give the officials the benefit of the doubt, reluctant to go against them.

I'm referring to that crucial holding play that put them out of position to get a first down and run the clock down. He had to resort to holding the guy so Dak doesn't get sacked. I'm also referring to people saying how he handled Donald in that joint practice. I thought to myself, if he does that in a game he's gonna get called for holding.

I see nothing besides a perfectly timed pass breakup.
That's odd, all I see when I watch that clip is this:

That was the Dallas Guard not the Dallas Center.

The Dallas Center was holding his own for the most part and I don't remember him being called for holding either

It was an obvious OPI in real time. This stuff happens - but it sucks that Dallas gets called for an OPI last year in week one that effectively ends the game and then doesn't get the call in their favor this year.

He did get nailed for holding Vea earlier in the game, but I believe you're right. I think it was Connor Williams who got the holding call on the pivotal drive.

Does it really suck? I mean, its the Cowgirls. Who cares.

Too lazy to look it up but why didn’t the Bucs put Brady on his ass that last drive. He had little to no pressure on him. Man I hate Brady but in that situation he is a stone cold killer.

Btw did I mention I fu#%ing hate Tom Bratty. I concede that he is the NFL QB GOAT but I still hate his smug ass face.

Same dude that tried to show up AD in the scrimmage by blatantly holding him several times well after the play.

That's because Vita Vea is a man, wow, he had a great game. A player of that caliber would always concern me, hopefully, the bigger, stronger Brian Allen will be able to get leverage on Vea when they play and not be overpowered like Williams was.

Cowboys have a hellacious OL--58 plays and only 1 sack. TB couldn't pressure Dak, no matter what they threw at them. The cowboys' offense is stacked and just need to stay healthy--they might be a problem and an additional hurdle for us in the postseason. Hard to say, because I hate the Cowboys.
