I believe requesting it is pretty standard through the courts in this kinda situation. I don't think you can read anything into that other than they're not gonna be together it seems.

For all we know, he cheated on her, she's breaking up with him and this is just standard fair to get the ball rolling on child support.

That being said, she sure smells funny and I'd guess it's the other way around.

I have a friend in Denver who is a history major/buff.
He wanted to give his son the middle name of Stuka.....wife didn't go for that obviously.
He is a Vikings fan.
He talked her into Max for the first name.
They couldn't settle on a middle name so he said, "He is being born in the Winter....lets choose Winter for his middle name."
She liked it and agreed.
He waited to tell her after the baby was home that Max Winter was the man who founded the Vikings....haha.
