This is looking like a Myles Garrett situation. Puka probably shouldn’t have played week 1 and had this surgically addressed in the offseason. He’ll either have surgery now or be a shell of himself when on the field.

Like I mentioned earlier, a team with two injury prone WRs, one who is 33 yo and the other who has missed games every season, should have addressed this in the draft but we drafted a TE#5 who is useless.

I want to see the Rams bully Denver with the run game today and not get to pass happy, win with ball control and a stout defense. Then when Denver has to pull their safeties up for run support hit them with some deep shots, Mumpfield and Atwell get a chance to shine.
Patrick Surtain vs 3rd and 4th stringers.

Schraeger said something on ESPN that sounded weird. Said "no Nacua, I'm looking long term here". What does that mean? The situation is starting to look a little strange. Nacua also has a weird look on his face lately. I have no idea like everyone else on this board. Either it's a contract thing or he just can't play with whatever is affecting him.
Like I said before this is a weird situation. Either hes Holding in, or being held out on purpose! Something is totally weird with this situation. If hes that bad off, Then IR him and get a WR via Trade.

Call me nutburger or Puka Hater, but this is not a normal thing. I dont care how many people dont like it. Either Puka is getting sour with the Rams, or Rams are with Puka or with Puka's new Agent! something is Off and not right here.

This is my concern. They wait and wait...he misses games...and then has to have surgery anyway.

Stephen A said Nacua is holding himself out, saying he doesn't feel as explosive? Not sure what that's about.
Contract! Thats what it is! Called a hold in! He got a new agent when all these "injuries" started to come around! He keeps saying multiple times how he cant afford anything and give remarks about it.

Love the guy, but he's a headache and a injury walking. If this is the case, they might send out feelers on a trade offer, in the best interest of the team.

I'll have to listen to when it comes up - but its reported that sean said puka looked good in his pre game workout.

.

I'm surprised he even played the first game.

I'm hoping he takes the jamaar chase route and play so well he added $5m extra per year on his new contract.

remember when we were amazed and hopeful when Puka stepped into the limelight with his tremendous catches and ferocious play as a rookie. he's a shell of that player this year. his durability didn't last and now we are f,ed. on another note I feel bad for Donald. I know he will get some cash, but still.

Very much like Cooper Kupp - 110% on every play - damn the potential injuries.

Well he was even better in a year 2 and year 3 so not sure why you bring up his rookie year acting like there’s been some dramatic drop off since year 1.

A shell of that player based off 1 single game where he had 75 yards and led the team in rec yards?
