That’s Josh J Holm. He’s a fashion designer. (Googled the name under pukaizded…looks like him)

Just adding some additionals:
Cap logo is Castles and Queens which is Holm's company.
Company name might also explain the Queens stomach tat - haven't seen any connection to Borough of Queens.
Underside left wrist tat seems to match:

Quick search on "Josh J Holm" seems all good. No legal issues or trouble I could find. Seems like a successful guy Puka is hanging with.

I should clarify -- I am certainly concerned for Puka's drinking / partying issues.
But I am far more concerned with associates who could get him in a LOT of trouble.
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
So bc a guy is throwing up the metal horns in the background, that raises uncertainty with who hes hanging with? Guess my family should question who theyre living with, then.

Wish Puka nothing but the best in his rehab. As an observation, he looked overly hyped to me on The Pat McAfee Show. I'll wait before I hit the panic button.

If he isn’t clean, why would we reward him with a high dollar extension?
How many players on the Rams do you think are clean? How would you even define that? Zero alcohol or drugs? Does that extend to coaches like McVay who always has a drink in hand??

I tend to remember only a few years ago in our super bowl parade our franchise QB getting hammered on tequila and obviously slurring words during his speech. Then proceeded to watch someone fall off the stage, turned his back and did nothing, then got criticized for it. Did he have to go to rehab? Did anyone criticize him in the national media for getting drunk?

Lets not confuse stupid decisions like who you're surrounded by, where cameras are at, or ignorance to the importance of public perception- with an addict or someone who's not clean. Some of y'all are talking fucking crazy.
