Stop the run and get to JG and it should be an ez dub. If not, expect a shootout where rz efficiency wins the gm.

This is the game goff has circled even if they don't make the playoffs. You know he's going to be giving even more effort than normal.

I know I would be at least :D

Fuck

This one has me worried.

If the Rams had handled the Panthers like they should have, I would be 110% confident.... Right now my confidence level for this game is a tad below k=2

Rams will be up for this game.
The effort will be there.
Lions have beaten them what 3 times in a row ?
Stop the run and put it on Goffs shoulders and will wilt. The Conductor will be big for us, pressure up the middle. Goffs worst nightmare.

Lions are 2-1 against the Rams since the trade.

Lions secondary is pretty thin right now with their big dogs out. If we keep Hutchinson and the pass rush mostly under control we should roll points up on them. This will be the biggest test for our defense this season though. Gibbs is a monster and the WRs got speed. Luckily their pass blocking has been struggling at times so hopefully we can get Goff hearing footsteps enough that we can focus on eliminating the run game.

I'm not worried about their defense. If our offense plays up to its level, they will move the ball and score lots of points.

I do worry some about their offense. We need Poona to be on his game, as well as the whole run D. In 4 of the Lions 5 losses they were held to under 100 yards total, and in one other they were just a little over 100 but didn't run wild. Make them one dimensional and get a good push through the middle and we can slow down their offense.

If we get a lead and are running effectively, stick with it and keep them off the field.

Yeah in previous matchups they’ve jumped on our defense early and our offense settled for FG’s early…IIRC.

The key is to get them to start chasing the scoreboard. Goff and Cpt Kneecap the play caller in particular.
They’re tough playing with a lead but get stupid and make mistakes when getting beat.

Time for some karma.
