After this game I would add Williams and Dodson.
You do not get rid of a player like Dodson who has played like a beast, a fucking All Pro for 90% of the season because he has a bad game in the playoffs against the best D line in football because some fan says so. The players love that guy.
And he deserves to be a LA RAM as long as he wants to be just for what he did against the San Francisco 49ers.
That guy can play on my team as long as he wants too.
No, you do not trade Kupp because some wanna be GMs say to either. His effect on the other WRs is there for us all to see.
Kinda why these threads are ridiculous.

Am I on a Rams fan board or an Eagles one? Holy shit!

Kill Siriani we are 14-3 division winners and going to NFCC, Release Hurts! Trade AJ,Saquon didnt get the record fire everyone!

KIll Shula we are 10-7 Division winners, and was one play from NFCC, Release KW, Trade Kupp! Same energy! For F Sake!

Theres always early 2010s seasons to look forward too if you want. Go ahead, git rid of those players! Kupp leaving will KIll morale of this team and you might as well trade Puka to the same team as Kupp. Theres reasons he calls Kupp " Coach" all the time!

Campbell is probably 40 lbs heavier than his listed weight as they usually are not updated.
He was very effective this year with limited snaps.
Honestly, a perfect rotational veteran guy for a young DL.
Agreed. I'm not sure how anyone can look at Calais fucking Campbell and say he is "not a big body", haha. That man is absolutely massive. I have wanted the Rams to sign him for years.

Also, it's "Dotson". Let's not call players by anything OTHER than their names, k? It's childish and disrespectful!!!!

It will be interesting to see what the Rams do with Hoecht.
He might well attract a large pay day given his production and versatility.
That said, he is probably best served staying with the Rams where he has his role carved out.
I liked the Jackson draft pick a lot, but, he seems a little stiff and slow footed although a stout edge.

Your point is well taken. I’ll say it now if not before ? B.Jackson is a local kid that fits well with The Rams.
IMO he is a better fit and can play like Hoecht moving fit.I don’t see him being all that stiff.Think he is more of a twiner ?
Still Hoecht has really been a Team Leader who just accepted that role.He has worked real hard to develop his game.Jared Verse gives him a lot of credit for helping him get adjusted to The NFL.

B. Jackson is going to better after being in that group learning his craft. Joe Coniglio is a stud of a coach as well.

100% on his physical health.
It will keep the price down and may well lead to him returning to SF and Salah.
I doubt 100% of us in ROD want a full overhaul haul at ILB (minus Speights), it may be in the high 90s.

It’s been a deficiency for the team for years. With the window tightening he would be a definite upgrade and hurt the 49ers at the same time.

I agree with several of you on signing Calais Campbell.

#1 run defender in the league per PFF and played this year for just $2mil!
Next year could probably sign him for something similar?

If not him, there are many good FA options for the DL.

It’s crazy how long Calais Campbell has been around and still productive. A rookie class that includes Chris Long, Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco, Aqib Talib, Jordy Nelson, Matt Forte.

The Cardinals let him walk 8 yrs ago and have had DL problems ever since it seems.

Campbell makes a ton of sense in FA. He brings in great character to this locker room, that leadership this young group of DL studs will respond well to. And he's short term so won't stand in the way of drafting a stud from this very deep DL class.

Plus every time he has played a McVay team he's been damn near unstoppable. So I'd imagine McVay likes him as an option, provided he isn't looking for a retirement overpay.

Sometimes if a team can stowaway a player for the post season run it’s a blessing. I wouldn’t mind having him on the team. The Rams are going to lose a few guys up front.

Reading posts about BB III Im wondering if it’s time to move on if he wants too much.

I would like to bring back Rozeboom as well.
That would be on a cheap deal and as a depth/ST guy.
Speights and (fill in the blank) FA could certainly massively improve the ILB play.
The Rams have not been big spendings at ILB so it will be interesting to see if they spend any money this time around.

I won't lie, I'd like the Rams to move on from Rozeboom and Reeder (100% Reeder). The thought of Speights with a solid counter part would vastly improve the defense.

Do you remember Gilbert Brown from the Packers. Just a massive man. Calais is just a massive guy. Even if he's lost a step it takes two extra to get around him.
