Lol, wow... I had to dig deep to brain fart that name out while typing. Geez.
Peter's is a great corner...if you have a system that caters to him. That was proven. Ramsey is more versatile. I dont blame Peter's, it takes alot of maturity to except that you're only good in certain systems and someone else can come in and thrive in a system you could not.
Rochell reminds me of a Peters with a better personality and a willingness to tackle. He's a ballhawk, sometimes to a fault. He also played at a small school, so that's a main reason why he got drafted as low as he was. He's got the swagger of Peters or Ramsey, but I don't consider it a detriment if one can back it up - which Rochell consistently did.
I was always a Peters fan and sort of like the mouthy types... when on our side. So I was sorta cool with him.
But you nailed it. He is good in the right defensive system. Nothing wrong with that, but that’s it.
In a strange change of fortune Ram nation agreed on the worth of a former player and became One Ram Nation again.
Don't forget how he would embarrass the entire Organization and Rams' fans by being the one person to pick fights and arguments with opponents after games ended when 150 players and coaches would congregate to shake hands and express mutual respect like mature professionals.Besides poor play ...blah attitude ..I almost forgot how he used to show up his fellow teammates after he was burnt on a play... As if to say that's not on me and point or show them up.....yea great teammate.
Talib played well and was a leader but he was at the end of his career, and could not stay on-the-field.What I took from that is Talib nodded in agreement. Clearly they both feel a bit raw in their departures from the Rams.
