I can’t get too upset at this point. The math really wasn’t there to make the playoffs heading into this one.

As a whole the defense should be better than it has been, IMO. The injuries are not as great to be ranked around 20 in so many categories.

I’ll respectfully disagree…Cam Akers 65 yards on 12 rushes. That’s a 5.4 Avg. The question is why did we only run him 12 times? Kyren Williams only got 2 runs..also looked good.

Well, got to take the good with the bad when it comes to McVay.
The Bad? Historically speaking when the run game is working he has a tendency to get pass heavy. Always has. Washington fans will attest to that

It wasn’t much if you asked me, maybe the guy wasn’t paying attention or maybe Gaines is freakishly strong but it seems these days a little pushing and shoving and flags start flying.

Like another poster said.. this will be Snead and McVay's biggest challenge.

Health is something they don't have much control over. I expect them to move on from Allen and Noteboom on that front.. but.. there's no way to hold off when there are THAT MANY injuries.

They're going to have to be successful in acquiring players and shuffling their coaching staff.. and in schematic tweaks.
They don't have much salary cap space and don't have much high-end draft capital.

The good news is that if they are much healthier next year, the floor is probably a winning season. If they hit home runs in talent acquisition... a high end playoff team is possible.

The Rams are finding there way. They weren’t structure right & didn’t develop there players right.

The Dodgers foundation is set up real well. They have an excellent core of players.The trade dead line is the way to get the right players cheap while developing your roster.

The Rams might have tried to make a move but now they are developing players keeping the veterans happy & healthy. Mcvay is a players coach.

—Dave Roberts is a good guy,but he is a puppet & The reason why they get there & CHOKE!!

We’ll likely need to make a painful trade or two, but we still need to acquire at least two legit starters who can move defenders and provide a run threat. We might as well go full-rebuild and let Staff retire otherwise.

Since the Rams lost this isn’t a bad way to vent. I’m an Angels fan so use to losing & having core players.

Pissed Shoni didn’t win MVP.What he did has never been done before PERIOD. Not a Trout fan & Shoni was way worse in 2021.Mumbers don’t lie.

Ask Mcvay who his Daddy is ? Probably Shanny,but Lafleur owns him.
Mcvay does have an excellent bloodline though if you look at his coaching tree.

I happened to hear the whistle on that play on TV and it was blown as Gaines made his block. I replayed it and didn't hear another whistle prior. Watching it at full speed the actions were almost simultaneous. Flag shouldn't have been thrown on Gaines if the audio is correct.

14 rushing attempts against one of the worst run defenses in the league.
Im sure McVay gets the data driven info regarding trends with playing and defenses.....he choses to ignore those facts for some reason.
There have been multiple times where the Rams have played teams with some glaring weaknesses, like Green Bays run defense, and he just ignores it.
A lot of changes due this year and McVay play calling and run commitment have to two of them.
