Brady Quinn, per inside source, said it's a done deal to send Sean Mc Vay to the Raiders and Jon Gruden to the Packers and the Rams get all of the Raiders 2019, 2020 and 2021 draft picks.

Second, it’s not like everyone was falling all over themselves to get him in December 2016. He was also considered a risk at the time. Third, everyone seems to want McVay’s offensive genius, but I think his ability to lead and relate to people is every bit as important.
