My gut says Lemon too.

I'm feeling Defense at 13 if they stay put. Mesidor fits our recent profile for older players ready to contribute day one. They can use him all over the front as well. I think Safety as well since we use so many of them on any given down.
My feeling?
Mesidor
Downs if he falls.
Thieneman would be a great fit and day one starter. A chess piece for Shula.

If they trade UP- Tate
Stay at 13- Lemon
If they trade DOWN- Cooper

Something like this is kind of what I'm hoping for. Any one of those three can contribute right away and take our already excellent offense to another level by giving Stafford yet another weapon. Plus, any of those would be good future-oriented picks as well, since Davante is 34 by the end of the season.

Gut says pass game weapon. But the Rams are hard to predict.

Trade down would be really nice this year I just don't think it's gonna happen because that feels like something most teams will want to do.

It says the league needs to cut this wait time by a few weeks. Get the draft over, get the rookies into their prospective camps sooner snd give them a chance to learn and prepare longer.

My gut tells me that they shoulda at least won the Falcons game so we could pick a bit higher :\
anywho...
Bain - he falls & we snap him up

Sadiq would be interesting with his athleticism. But where on the TE depth chart would he fall? With Parkinson, Higbee, Ferguson and Allen? Who would be the odd man out? Parkinson came on strong last season. Higbee is a solid vet. Ferguson a guy who can make big plays. Allen was a contributor too. I could see Sadiq and Ferguson reeking havoc downfield. But I think he's a luxury they don't need.
Cut/trade Allen, and use Sadiq as a weapon, not necessarily a TE. With McVay's creativity he could be put all over the place on the field and be matched up vs LBs or safeties, all of whom he'd beat. And one bonus - once he gets to his second contract he'd be considered a TE for purposes of salary as opposed to a WR, which would save money down the line. Regardless, the pick better be for an offensive player, as a lot of money has been spent on their defense this offseason.

I'm hoping to see that from their top pick in 2025 this year.

I see a trade down to pick up a couple more picks unless their guy is there, which he won't be.
So my gut tells me we're going to hear a lot of people groaning on this board come pick 13.
Also my gut can't wait for the draft to get here so we can stop all this bickering on the board. lol
