I also thought, this was a done deal 2 weeks ago.
 
Maybe he was on vacation and agreed over the phone and just signed. Who knows?

And I've driven through both so many times I've lost count. I live in Reno and have a lot of family in Arcata, Eureka and McKinleyville etc.
