Roger Goodell strikes again. Why do they pay this man? Even if it was illegal, which it wasn't, it was a borderline call, and hardly worth fining him over it. As others have said here, the Saints got away with a lot more non-calls than the Rams did. Goodell should have just let this issue die, instead of giving it more life. (Now we'll have to see if any Saints get fined... helmets being ripped off, stepping on Goff's arm, whistles in the stands, harassing our coach on the sideline, facemasks, play clock, etc, etc., and maybe the refs should get fined too!). The bottom like was that the Saints were OUTPLAYED for most of that game, and the Rams DESERVED to win it. The Rams did not cheat like Bill Belicheck did back in 2001 when he mugged the Ram receivers the entire game and/or taped their practices.. The Rams earned it fair and square. The defense played great, Goff and the receivers played clutch throughout the game... special teams were excellent! The Saints did nothing, except for the first quarter. Brees sucked, Michael Thomas sucked, Ingram sucked, and Payton called a shit game! On to the Super Bowl! And let's hope this team's destiny is to avenge the GSOT loss and send Brady into retirement!

Kamara's catch and run for like 20+ yards. Someone dove at his knees from the side. Couldn't believe they missed it then again it's Vinovich.

It's a dumb fine to make Saints fans and the team feel better.

There's NO WAY it was helmet to helmet which is defined as leading with the crown of the helmet.

On the play, NRC led with his shoulder and the side of his helmet hit between the top and side of the receiver's helmet.

It's a gross misreading of the rule as well as a terrible misapplication.

But, whatever.

Apparently, NRC got stuck with the bar tab for a crappy reffing crew.

Moving on...
