Lots of draft guys are talking about how draft falls off after top 100, not just defense, offense too. When a draft's weak at depth like that, definitely think named guys end up being really low picks and some unknowns like this guy get drafted a few rounds higher than we think. Would not be shocked if he's drafted 5th and maybe even 4th.

Every draft is it's own beast and this one is a bit weird. Weak D class all around. Top heavy at tackle and WR with depth into top of 2nd. Deep center class. RBs all packed together most likely ranked bottom 2nd-top 4th round and nothing on either end. ILB and safety just terrible across the board. Pass rush pretty meh and really not much of anything after top of 2nd. 1st year NIL vultured rounds 4-7 which will be interesting to see as depth in those rounds have taken a hit.

Some really good points West. Stuff like this happens every year really. I get hung up on where a player goes because I had seen them in mocks or big boards much earlier or later. It makes you think a team reached or a guy fell but in reality they only get drafted once. The price of real estate is what someone is willing to pay regardless of all the price comps etc.
