That’s crazy.
Not sure where you live but I would move.
People wearing the same amount of NFL gear out where I am.

Central PA. Some call it Pennsyltucky. In the last four years my view of the population has changed. Many people I considered friendly acquaintances began to feel comfortable voicing their formerly concealed opinions.

There are still many good people around, but the bulk of my social activity is spending time at sporting events, where I see very few professionals. The baseball crowd isn’t too bad. The football crowd tends to be the crudest.

They'll be coming off a bye and us a short week.
Have the schedulers always been this incompetent and I just never noticed?

The Rams have had more than their share of it this year. No matter who plays who, with the Rams travel this year combined with their schedule, I’d say they have the most difficult schedule of any team, and it isn’t close.

The downside of this, Elm, is that we're not set up to win the division. All that travel early and the toughest remaining schedule makes the entire season a tough row to hoe.

The upside of this is that we'll be battle tested and forged in the fires of the hottest competition. When it comes to the playoffs, we're gonna be a team no one wants to face.

You misunderstand. There are people that don’t air their unwanted opinions and people that just put everything out there no matter how crass.
Very true.
This is nothing new in my experience.
Regardless of location or situation.
I find it a bit entertaining to be honest.
To each their own.

I didn't know Elmsgrovegnome lived in PA. But it's a big state. West of State College seems to be mostly Steeler fans. In the Eastern part of the state, Eagle fans but oddly enough, there are a lot of Cowboy fans here. However, I rarely see a Dallas jersey these days. The Patriots are somewhat like the Yankees. They've won so often a lot of people want to be fans....associated with a winner. But I don't see many of those jersey's these days either. Even Eagle jerseys/gear aren't as prevalent as they were in 2017 and 2018. Understandably. I can say this much....in my neck of the woods if I see a Rams jersey or Rams gear, it's most probably a reflection or one of my kids!!

On the other hand, losing to the 49ers is as bad a is it gets. I IHATE THE WHINERS.
This loss will likely turn out to be the Rams' stinker of the year. The Baltimore game last season, Chicago in '18, Minnesota in '17.

Don't think I don't see your attempt at the reverse psychology/jinx, Mojo.

Keep up the good work!

‘Nope, Mojo.

That ‘stinker of the year’ trophy has got to go to either the 49er or Dolphin games.

I see that my post was misunderstood. See what i quoted. The 49er loss this year was the stinker. I'm not conceding tonight.

Anyway, out of conference losses aren't really a big deal. I only included 2019 Baltimore because that was a big MNF showdown in a game where the 6-4 Rams(at home) had a chance to get right BIG time and got slaughtered instead.

I should have typed "That loss" instead of "This loss." Lol

Wasn't conceding tonights game i promise. The 49er loss was clearly the stinker of 2020.

I'm near Danville, east of State College. This town seems to have more Steelers fans, at least among those that I'm around. I used to see both Steelers and Eagles shirts, hats and jackets all over town, especially among the people attending football games. Now I see none, or very few. I know many of them still watch their team because my son is friends with his teammates and several of them are at our house. I know all of the parents too.

Oddly enough its made me feel more like wearing my Rams shirts and Jersey's in public. I guess I am a antagonist.

Pats fans were even seen here in PA. This is Steelers/Eagles country and I'd see as many ppl with Patriots gear some years.

I noticed that I don't see anyone wearing NFL gear, even though I know many Steelers and Eagles fans that still follow their teams. Any other year, if the Steelers were 10-0 Id see their logos everywhere. But I think in general many NFL fans are hiding their loyalty and still watching the games. They are afraid to offend the Anti NFL, sports don't belong in politics crowd. I ran into some of them. Some of them get disgusted and try to belittle people for not being patriotic and aborting the league.
Fuck them. I’m exercising my right to free speech. They have the right to boycott. I have the right to wear my Rams gear whenever I want.

Freedom, baby. Deal with it.

Rams currently #2 seed in playoffs!! Woooo!

Only team ahead of us in the conference is the Saints... and Brees has ELEVEN broken ribs.

Yeah the Rams have a tough sched ahead, but it’s been awhile since the Rams owned the #2 seed this late in the season!

I like the momentum they’ve got going into the rest of the season. They seem to be meshing better with each game.

Keeping an eye on Noteboom and Goff’s bad interceptions but offense has the firepower to compete. Kiser doing pretty good but keeping an eye on depth at ILB. Need more consistency from our edge rushers but our defense could carry us to the super bowl. Thanks McVay and rest of coaching staff. Good time to be a Rams fan!!! also Bobby Trees is a stud!!!
