There's a reason why Tutu didn't play in the preseason. McVay loves to show off his new toys in their first game, look at Stafford last year and OBJ. I have no doubt we will take a few deep shots to Tutu especially with Van out. And bet your ass ARob goes for 100+ yds with a tud.

For me, Powell having a great night would include taking a punt return back for 6 points. I honestly don't expect him to line up as a WR just yet.

Went back and watched the 2020 game and holy fuck Allen had 320 yds/ 5TDs. I knew he went off but I didn’t realize 5 TDs. And that was with AD getting two strip sacks. What numbers does he put up if AD doesn’t make those plays?

This is going to be a shootout, all the hope of shutting down Allen is false hope. The guy is too good. We need to limit how many big plays he makes, and focus on scoring points ourselves. Their D is very overrated, they can be shredded. And we can beat them in a shootout no doubt about it. Our offense needs to come out sharp and fast and we got this shit.

I'm confident that our secondary is going to be better this year. But yeah this is a real test right out the gate and the kind of test that will result in guys losing their jobs if they're not ready.
