How often does that work? Just curious you make it sound like it's an obvious thing to do.Green Bay in big trouble, Giants defense is smothering them....See you can spend in free agency and be successful.

Yeah, or Cook becomes Winston Churchill and rallies the Packers to victory.Nah from the sounds of it the Giants will win because they have two hall of famers that were Rams we foolishly let go.
Broncos did it, Pats too. It's not always a guarantee though. Jags and Dolphins have tried it and failed.Worked for the Giants and the Raiders this year.
Sorry the Raiders are where they are because of their drafting the last 3 or 4 years especially Carr, Cooper and Mack along with their OLine and DLine. We all know it doesn't always work signing big money in free agency. But it seems we should trade all our picks away and just sign free agents to build a winner.Worked for the Giants and the Raiders this year.
Being the youngest team in the league sure hasn't worked. I thought a couple of years ago that it would work out to be the beginnings of a dynasty birth. How off was that? Ouch! FA moves are now a must. We shouldn't think we can find more than two starters from the upcoming draft. Even finding two would probably be a great job so starters in FA are a must in 2017.Sorry the Raiders are where they are because of their drafting the last 3 or 4 years especially Carr, Cooper and Mack along with their OLine and DLine. Sorry if they don't have Carr and Mack they're 4-12 and Hudson is a great center on a bad team. Your comments make it sound like it's obvious to build a winner you buy players. Usually it works that you draft well and enhance those players with some quality free agents. Otherwise you end up like the Jaguars who spent as much in free agency as Oakland. It's a combination, Penn, Hudson, Crabtree & Steve Smith all free agents to post a few.

Imagine how horrible that defense would've been without all these huge free agents that are so good?Reggie Nelson, Bruce Irvin as well
