Y'all are funny.

If it were the Rams, there would STILL be threads about it being made today, but since it benefitted the rams, it's all "oh, they're such crybabies."

Hyprocrites.

With that said, DEZ CAUGHT IT.
Lol

Do words on the internet normally make you this mad? You ok? You can talk to me. *lays hand on your right leg* "I'm here for you."

2010 - cowboys and redskins ONLY teams fined/lost cap space for front-loading contracts during the lockout when there was NO SALARY CAP at the time, and EVERY TEAM in the league did this. I talked to a Cowboys FO guy and he said this was just Goodell being a dick to Jerry, and had he known that was actually going to happen he would have told Jerry to just dump ALL THE MONEY NOW, take the fine, and move on.

Yeah, every team didn't do that. Teams with super rich, non-football income owners did that.

But you keep telling yourself that the NFL wants to stick it to Jerry (and therefore punished the Redskins too because... logic?). Also, the players association has to agree to the punishment, so unless all the players hate Jerry too...

And according to another article I read (I can find them all if you'd like; never mind, here it is: https://www.nytimes.com/2012/03/13/...-cowboys-and-redskins-of-salary-cap-room.html) the league sent letters to every team asking them to not go overboard. The idea that they didn't know that they shouldn't do that is ridiculous.

Final federal lawsuit over Saints-Rams missed call dismissed
Curtis Crabtree,ProFootball Talk

The last of three federal lawsuits filed over the missed pass interference call in the NFC Championship game between the Los Angeles Rams and New Orleans Saints has been dismissed.

According to Kevin McGill of the Associated Press, U.S. District Judge Susie Morgan rejected the arguments of the fans that had filed the suit saying they are entitled to damage payments. The suit had sought the payments by contending a legal promise had been broken that the game would be played fairly.

Rams cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman obliterated Saints receiver Tommylee Lewisbefore Drew Brees‘ pass had reached its intended target. However, no flag for pass interference was thrown on the play and the Saints were forced to kick a 31-yard field goal instead of getting a fresh set of downs at the Rams 6-yard line with less than two minutes to play. There was ultimately enough time remaining for the Rams to drive for a tying field goal that forced overtime, where the Rams won to advance to the Super Bowl.

While the three federal cases have all reached the same conclusion, a state level case is still ongoing. Commissioner Roger Goodell will be compelled to provide testimonyin that case in September, barring an appeal.

Why don't you behave like an adult, put me on IGNORE, and move on with your life? I'm not leaving. In fact, i think I'll post here more. You seem to be the ONLY person that has a problem with it. That's on you, NOT me.
Rynie, you piss me off sometimes, but hey I’m a freedom of speech guy. You follow the rules as far as I know, and therefore are welcome here!

Rynie used to be nice in here, up until the playoff game.

You know, the one where they were going to stuff our run game, and run all over us.:fuelfire:
