Interesting tidbit from Jourdan's post game write up

Seattle clearly watched the Rams’ last overtime game — a loss to Detroit in Week 1, in which the offense watched helplessly from the sideline as the Lions rammed the ball over and over again at a gassed defensive front and rolled over it for the win. The Seahawks opened their overtime game plan the same way, with physical runs and quick slants that looked all too familiar.

Not this time. This defense now stays late after practice, working on gap techniques and communication together against overturned trash bins set up to simulate opposing offensive line blocks. Fiske pulls weighted sleds alone on the side of the locker room after that to build his legs, hips and back. They aren’t just in better shape, they’re flat-out better.

I fucking love reading shit like this, especially in this day and age of reduced practices and teams being neutered about how much time they can make players practice. Quickly falling in love with this defense.

How couldn’t you from the start. If she is going to talk all that MADNESS about how they were.

It’s never been them, but got to LOVE there dedication.Get a first down Mcvay & you win that first game on the road.

Bears & GBay as well it goes back to the play calling. PLUS who did The Rams just TRADE? Why wasn’t #4 there from the start of the season. He did so well last year as a started & not to at least have him back for depth HURT The Rams.

Once again Mcvay is slapping him 5 on the field after his play the last 2/3 games.

Was upset at the way Kam Kinchens had been playing. What a breakout game he had.
His skill set has always been there. The problem he had early was missed assignments & tackles.
Can’t give up that long TD to Shift.

They're focusing on him in the interior. They won't be able to do that anymore, now that Fiske is surging. That'll open up more opportunities to eat, more opportunities to dominate.

This is the best young front four in the league, and they are very close to being the best front four period.
Yep think Turner will have a few monster games here in the future.

Jeff Fisher would kill to coach this defensive front lol
