I voted yes just because I want to see if it can spark some type of 'stay in StL' movement. Really need something on that front.

No it's just BS.
I have a good friend that's a Falcon fan. like me he goes to the open camp practices. He said hard knocks caused restrictions on what the fans could do and see at the open practices etc.
And if like he said if someone is giving a speech or they want to show a player make a great play whatever they just keep redoing it till it's perfect for TV.
