No they aren’t. This coach may have changed a few signs. If this was the case then Stalions doesn’t get hired. It would be a non issue that the Big Ten would have dismissed. Changing signs every week for all of their plays would be so confusing. It’s like learning a new language every week.

why was Belichick’s filming signs so effective? Josh McDaniel was 6-0 when he started out in Denver. Then the league discovered that he was doing the same thing. After that the Broncos weren’t very good.

Your article has no link. Let me guess - he was responding to a question about playing Clemson, which is known to be good at sign stealing. Notice that the guy given credit for the scheme, Brett Venables is gone and Clemson came back to earth as a middling college team.
Ps so you’re telling me Harbaugh isn’t land Michigan isn’t unfairly being targeted? Harbaugh got suspended 3 games for buying a kid a cheeseburger.

He was Suspended 3 games by the Big Ten for stealing signs.

Cheeseburger=Stealing signs? :thinking:

They are 100% after him because he’s not an agreeable personality and has openly championed players getting paid for their play. How many in the Big Ten and NCAA and whoever knows where else are pulling these strings.

Dude comparing Belicheat and college signal stealing is apples and oranges. McDaniels was 6-0 because it took a while just like a new player start out well ( Krapondick) and it takes a while to get tape to analyze and stop it.

I’m sorry but signals are changed often. If you know anything about modern college offense and how they the prepare every week ( they did that in my offense at NMSU back in 1998) You telling me they haven’t and don’t do that in the big programs now? :explode1:

Advanced sign stealing has been around in college for at least 2 decades and any of those perennial powerhouse teams unofficially have that.

Michigan beat a 10 and 2 ranked team without their head coach. They are just better talented team period and they only reason some on this board are off the chain about this is because the former 49ers coach is the coach of Michigan.
They don’t. Ohio State did it specifically for Michigan because they knew Michigan knew all of their signs. A few other teams did it specifically when they played Michigan.

And McDaniel was caught cheating. Someone posted a video here a while ago of a former Bronco player talking about it.

I get it. You are in denial. All Michigan fans are. They don’t want to believe that what they thought was Harbaugh suddenly solving the riddle of how to beat everyone else was all anbout his genius coaching and not due to cheating. It must suck to go from being so high on your team to being told it wasn’t real. If I was a Michigan fan I’d be pissed at Harbaugh. The guy is a douche.

He got suspended for contact with a recruit during the period that NO coach was to have contact with any recruits. It’s not about the Hamburg. That’s the story Michigan is spinning to try to make Harbaugh look innocent.

That wasn’t Jim’s only rule violations since he’s been at Michigan. He clearly doesn’t like or want to follow any NCAA rules that apply to him, his coaches, or kids that he’s recruiting.

What he really wants is to coach in the NFL again where he doesn’t have all of those rules.
