Mostly draft prep talk and "coach speak" with no real info just cookie crumbs.
Kourdan last year was scaring Rams Fans. The Truth is she had a point.I think Kupp helped ,but it was Mcvay that had to close the deal.Maybe. Maybe not. That's my point. We don't know. Outside of LaFleur's comment regarding being open to working with him again we got nothing.
His dead cap is 50M, so yeah he is playing.

Haha no I meant in what he said as Snead usually says a lot but gives away nothing. No it’s A. I. -lol
Manning isn't until next year, and they're not trading him this year and rolling with a mid at QB this window open.Hear me put, Im just spit balling so don't shoot me just for saying it.....I wonder if the Rams are somewhat considering the possibility of trading Stafford if he wants too much money so they can have a shot at Arch Manning or some other QB from that draft class? Not saying they won't try to get a QB now or that they shouldn't do everything in their power to re-sign Stafford which is what myself and everyone here wants by the way.
Trust me, I truly believe we'll find a way to sign Stafford. Just throwing the other shitty possibility out there on what the plan may be if it goes to shit. Tha free agency and trade market is shit this year for QBs. No real solid options at all from what I see.Manning isn't until next year, and they're not trading him this year and rolling with a mid at QB this window open.

He is signed for 2 more seasonsTrust me, I truly believe we'll find a way to sign Stafford
I remember with the Gurley situation his cap hit didn't stop his release.
Adjusting for inflation, these numbers are nearly identical....Per Spotrac
Gurley's Dead-$ in 2020 was $9.2M.
Gurley's Dead-$ in 2021 was $8.4M.
Per OTC (pre-June release)
Stafford's Dead-$ in 2025 would be $49.3M.
Better examples would have been Brandin Cooks (2020) and Goff (2021).Adjusting for inflation, these numbers are nearly identical....
True, but it's essentially a year to year deal and was structured that way. Something has got to give whether its a restructure or not. Why else would McVay want clarity then?He is signed for 2 more seasons
I have my phone propped up against the corner there with the boobie and booty thread open
^^^This.Better examples would have been Brandin Cooks (2020) and Goff (2021).
Both were over $20M in Dead-$ those seasons.
Personally, I don't think Stafford is going to be an issue or that his situation is going to be a big deal.
I think the post-season press conference comments of McVay and Snead have been blown-out-of-proportion.
I also believe the Rams and Stafford need and want each other; and will work-out something that makes Stafford happy, and reduces his current 2025 cap hit. Unfortunately, I am frequently wrong.
