It's not just the money...If I paid you essentially the same money in a year and you only had to work 10 hours a week, unless you wanted to do more, it's a no brainer as far as I'm concerned. Hopefully we get another ring or two before the inevitable....

I agree with you but McVay is driven and I highly doubt that he'll be satisfied with winning one more SB title and walking away.

We have a 2-3 year window to win another SB or two with our star players. After that it might be rough, but let's go and do it again.
Don’t really know how you can say that if the front office & Mcvay stay in place ?

There are a couple teams that are building there franchises right. I guess if your saying that then who QB
Is will make the biggest difference.

The Stafford window does not look good Imo.The Rams organization
I know it’s early in his career but a quick look at McVays winning percentage:

McVay .681
Belicheat. .673
Tomlin. .632
Reid. .625
Asshole Face .624
Harbaugh. .607
Carroll. .588

And tada….
Coach Ratboy. .494

Pete Carroll is a HOF coach.

Seeing Harbaugh on the list only explains why the Rams were so BAD!

Gosh - could any Ram Fan think of another 2 years of Jeff Fisher & Jared Goff? Thanks ED29-LA Ram Fans!

As an Angels Fan I could compare Aaron Donald to Mike Trout! Actually Aaron Donald would have retired this season is Jeff Fisher was The Rams HC.If not he would be playing for Pittsburgh & Mike Tomlin, because AD99 wanted that RING he just got & not many teams would have been wanting more for a TEAMMATE.

We are just lucky The Rams won a SuperBowl.

If you look at Sean McvYs coaching tree it’s pretty cool. The best part of in 2 coach’s from 2017 are back with much more experience to reload.Mcvay is more of a LEADER on MEN than anything else.He doesn’t stop pushing to be better himself.

Just saying Sean Mcvay working out & getting stronger himself is a disciple of LIFE! He just made one of his biggest comments in his LIFE.

We could go deeper into it.One of his best Men had to be Raheem Morris. To think he is coming back for another season is awesome.

I say 2-3 year window because of Stafford and Kupp and Donald and Ramsey all being in their primes. After those guys are gone, our window is shut.
I'm not saying we can't rebuild with our front office, but those players give us this window to win another SB.

I think McVay stays as long as he has a QB.

We’ll never lose enough games to get a top draft choice and once Stafford is done, I dunno that McVay is gonna wanna grind it out with lesser QBs…

So hopefully that means we got another 10 years…

No.

That's the worst thing a Rams fan can post about last year.

Don't ever say that again!

I believe that winning SB 34, we had a great team but dang we were lucky how everything unfolded and how things just fell into the place. Although I had been saying to myself for a while, how do we keep losing the F-N whiners when our roster looks more talented in 1998. The catalyst was Kurt Warner.

No disrespect to Trent Green because the offense looked deadly under him but who knows how things turn out if Kurt Warner never got to play?

Lol - alright.

There’s a thing called Mojo or momentum. The Rams had that
& that swag Mcvay likes.

2022 season is upon us & I’m stoked.Enjoying it while I can.
