How many coaches would you guess have that kind of recall? I’ve read interviews where his assistants claim he remembers plays by other teams from years ago. McVay has a Beautiful Mind when it comes to football. What an advantage we have for the foreseeable future with a coach like this. Wouldn’t trade him for any other

McKay is like having several coaches all rolled up into one.
And with his memory he will be very good when it comes to replacing coaches who offered a promotion by other teams.

I've also heard him say (something like this)

"I may sound really smart but all I know is football"

When he wins the division a few years and wins some playoff games. I'm all in.

Until then, he's just another coach with a bright future.
