How many coaches would you guess have that kind of recall? I’ve read interviews where his assistants claim he remembers plays by other teams from years ago. McVay has a Beautiful Mind when it comes to football. What an advantage we have for the foreseeable future with a coach like this. Wouldn’t trade him for any other

McKay is like having several coaches all rolled up into one.

I'll be long dead but this guy could be the best head coach in history, I only hope it's all with My Rams.

I love McVay. I hope that he's our coach for at least two decades.
