Wow, I read that quite a bit different than you did. I don't think she was bitching about all those things, I think she was just explaining what led to her panic attack. Then she admitted that she wasn't putting her husband high enough on the list of priorities. Not sure my advice to him would be RUN!!. LOL
Nah any woman that goes online and tells the world you and your families personal business is no good in my book

I think Matt has more reason to stay late studying film now. He is the QB of a contending team and is chasing not only a ring but also respect and trying to establish himself as a top QB in this league.

So it is natural that she has to adjust to that preasure on him. She is also doing a wife show deal and probably figured some info on their marriage and what they go through is something the fans would want to hear. I'd be annoyed with that if I'm him because I don't like folks knowing my business but I get it.

I am also of the mind that no matter how good you have it life has stressors and shit you gotta work through so not a surprise to me and hope she supports Matt because I want his ass focused and winning us that championship.

She should have kept this private tho. JMO

While I agree with you, her generation is one that lives and survives on Facebook/Twitter, so I'm not sure she's doing anything all that different from her peers. I've never participated in either of those organizations, but I'm also 69 years old, yet realize young people today communicate in a fashion which is pretty foreign to me. Maybe it's a form of therapy for these young folks to express themselves so publicly, I really don't know, although other than stating she's been dealing with stress and admitting some 'neglect' of her husband, she does come clean with her audience and seems willing to work on those anxieties which have manifested.
jmo.

One thing I have learned in my life as I grew financially that my stubbed toe hurt just as much when I had nothing and when I had something.

Their money has nothing and everything to do with their state of mind.

I am doing pretty good for myself and I too had a panic attack after Mathew's second interception this past Sunday night.

It does seem to be a generational thing.

Not something that I would do, but then I can remember watching Deacon Jones and Merlin Olsen play live!

I get that but it doesn't mean your personal life has to be
Agreed, but we don't know what their agreement is spoken or unspoken. Easy to say I wouldn't like it (and I wouldn't. LOL), but Matthew might be fine with it. I mean, my assumption is that they have talked about it.

Yeah, I dunno, I can't speak for everyone, but any self respecting person doesn't condone gossiping. I understand that she's referencing her own personal things but honestly it's their business and possibly their therapist lol.
Im a no drama type of guy and when drama of any type gets put out into the public anything can happen with it.

Put it to you this way. Maybe Matthew is ok with it, the media has a way of making something an issue when it's probably not. We've all seen it, sports commentary has become more about politics and gossip just as much as the game. Ok so we can all agree w that... Essentially she is opening the door for drama. And I promise you mcVay has read that article and his eye roll was probably an epic one.

I already know more than I ever wanted to about Stafford and his wife, and mainly from this thread.

Skimming thru the article, what the actual F. If my wife talked about this shit to the media she'd be divorced overnight. Why do people in the limelight always want to make their personal business ours? It's nasty.

Maybe this article is the reason Stafford played like shit Sunday night. Maybe his head was somewhere else? Just sayin

Edit: After reading the whole article my mind has been made up. What a cunnnnnnnnnnnnnt. Complaining about things that EVERY person with kids has to deal with. Every person with a job has to deal with, and every person in a relationship has to deal with. The fact that she felt it's important to tell the world they're having issues is just icing on the cake for me. A typical trophy wife, with that typical "whoa is me" attitude. Gross, Stafford... buddy if you're out there. Word of advice, run.

Dude. Brain surgery. Loooong rehab.

Have you ever had to deal with someone with a brain injury be it trauma or tumor or vascular issue?

They in extreme cases can become entirely different people.. literally with different eye prescription, different food tastes, different likes and dislikes…

Have a little compassion, damn

Some are actual members here. So yeah... "Think before you post" is there for more than just one reason.

I was recently and RIGHTLY admonished for calling Wolford “garbage”. I was wrong and that post was not in the spirit of this board.

I think the title of this thread is very disrespectful and out of respect for the Stafford family, it should be changed.

FWIW the title of this thread was my lame attempt at bawdy humor about a husband being last on his wife's "to do" list. Certainly apologize if anyone was offended by it, not my intention of course, and by all means if a mod wishes to change the title please go right ahead.

Kelly chose to share some personal stuff, and I Tried to make it clear that I was impressed by the couple's ability to communicate. Wish I could change the thread title though, i intended something bawdy and lighthearted, but obviously it wasn't. My bad.
