NFL CHAMPIONSHIP (With a few more player additions/Why Not?!)

I don’t think McVay made that huge trade for Stafford to hand the ball off! I think we will be seeing a Very Explosive Offense by the Rams next season!

I think the TDs are right for passing, but the yardage is off because in order to do that, we'd need to have no running game (we do) or be in a lot of shootouts (we likely won't).

If anything, especially in the division, we're likely to see lower scoring games.

I think McVay is gonna focus on going up big in the first half and owning the TOP in the second half to keep that streak going.

Unlike Martz, McVay doesn't stop at 40, he tends to stop at 30 unless the game is still close.

That said, I could see 4300 yds, 40TDs... yeah, I could see that.

I do think he will have 2 interceptions on purpose. Aaron Donald will check in as Tight End and run a route directly at Dick Sherman. When Stafford delivers the perfect pass to Sherman, Donald clocks him where he stands. The second interception will be identical except to Adams from the Seachicks. This time Adams has to visit the ER.

I do think he might have some early tip interceptions because he throws with more game velocity than Goff.

I actually like that about Goff... he throws a very catchable ball. So yeah, I can see us getting bit by the tip drill interception bug early, but not often... until the WRs really acclimate to those hot tamales comin in...

If he throws for 40 or more TDs, to me that would mean McVay does ignore his running game at times.

4300, 35 TDs, to me would be the numbers from a good balanced offense.

Those stats would still be outstanding for Stafford! Although, I do think Akers will get his 1000 Yards next season since he will be the feature back and no longer have to share the load nearly as much as he did this past season I do think that the Rams will be a passing team and mainly use the running game to keep opposing teams somewhat honest/off-balance!

No DOUBT in My Mind that the Rams Offense next season will be VERY EXPLOSIVE and will score a LOT OF POINTS!!! And, With AARON DONALD the rest of the Rams Defense that should add up to a LOT OF WINS for the Rams next season!!!

4600 yards 36 TD’s 17 INT’s 62 com%

I do t think that’s unrealistic or a stretch by any means which also gives the running game something to thrive off of.

i still say we need a New TE, G, and Center to shore this up.

The D we need an edge rusher and MLB and we’ll be solid.

Sign me up for that!

I do expect him to have a big season. But we don't know what the OL moves are yet. We don't know who the speed addition will be to the offense, if any. Guessing that McVay gets him those two pieces but the Rams may elect to ensure the defense doesn't dip. Gonna wait and see what Snead's roster plan is before I get too crazy.

With you on that. Though in 18 Goff threw for close to 4700yds while Gurley put up 1200+.
I still think we are looking at around 4300 and 35+ td's.
Guess a lot of it will be how healthy our backs can stay.
Would love to see what Akers is capable of doing in a full healthy season. 1200- 500rec = 1700 total?

I expect his stats to be similar to what he has put up in Detroit... unless our O-line is upgraded.

I think Stafford will play very well for us, but Cam Akers might be the guy that racks up the most stats.

Some of you are gulping that Kool Aid pretty hard.

Stafford only has 2 seasons in 12 years
In which he threw over 32 TD.

This with a hall of famer Megatron playing in 7 of those seasons.

Realistic stats with current roster is about 25 TD and 13 int when you start averaging Staffords last 5 years.

With some significant upgrades we could see a 29-32 TD type of year.
