You could say that for Herbert, but not for Burrow.5-7 is where I have Stafford. The debate is if he's above or below Burrow or Herbert, two guys who have played well in a short sample size but haven't accomplished anything.
The Rams are a totally unique organization, imo and according to everything I read and hear in NFL media. Culture is king and they are masters of developing a competitive and enthusiastic environment that gives players opportunity to maximize their earning potential in the league... and have fun doing it.And only slightly off-point, I'd put the Rams operation up against anybody else in the league. What AFC team is better at finding players to contribute from rds 3-5? How many other teams are starting 7th rounders in the playoffs?
What other orgs are better at managing the cap...?
Two Super Bowls are nice for Matthew Stafford, but tier three isn't a bad place to be.... ~ Mike Sando in 2023That's okay after Stafford engineers another Super Bowl victory I'm sure they will upgrade him accordingly.
Four damn fumbles was crazyAnother day... another QB ranking.
I don't have much of an issue with it.. he puts him at 7, which seems fair.
Stafford has a ring.. so I don't think he gives too much of a shit about it.
We all watched Stafford last year.. he was great and was critical to winning the Super Bowl. But we all saw the flaws that are still in his game.
I will say that I'd take him over Brady right now. The only reason the Bucs were close to the Rams in the playoffs last year were the weird turnovers.
Both are incredible, especially for their age.Herbert? Pass. And I wouldn't want Burrow on my team. Talk about a me first player. Cocky little POS.
