The MCU keeps expanding

I still believe Disney and Sony will get this Spider-man thing figured out , I'm not to worried

Disney's D23 Expo is going on this weekend and have announced three new Disney + shows that will enter the MCU

Wyatt Russell ( other wise known as Kurt Russell's and Goldie Hawn's boy )

has been cast as John Walker , the US Agent and will be appearing in the upcoming Falcon and the Winter Soldier TV show

Jon Snow joins the MCU

well..........

Kit Harington anyways , it was announced yesterday that Kit Harington has joined the MCU in a super duper undisclosed secret roll

could he be playing Marc Spector in the newly announced Moon Knight show

or....

as fans are starting to speculate , is Kit Harington the new Wolverine

which I'm actually OK with , with the rumors that have been around on who will be the new Wolverine , and there has been ALOT !!!!! , this is probably my favorite one of the ones I've heard of

or , is Kit Harington playing someone else ?

day two of D23 today , and Marvel will once again be on stage , maybe we'll get some new news

The top of the poster we see Taskmaster , which they still haven't unveiled who is playing him

on the right we see David Harbour as the Red Guardian , which looks to be a pretty comic accurate costume

And we also get a Falcon and the Winter Soldier poster from D23

OK , not exactly Marvel Phase 4 news

but some Marvel news

Our first look at Jared Leto as Morbius

as I said , Marvel Comics as apposed to Marvels MCU films

Morbius is a SONY film coming out this July

Morbius is also a comic book book character that most people have never heard of , he is a Spider-man character that SONY owns , and not Disney

SONY owns all Spider-man related characters , which numbers around 900 characters , which is why SONY is in no hurry to sell the movie rights back to Disney

yesterday we got a leaked photo of our first look at Jared Leto as Morbius , and it has fans , well , pretty excited ( the first trailer is suppose to drop tomorrow morning )

and as for me , I'm probably even more excited then most

I have no idea what the first comic book I ever read as a kid was , as I had a bunch of Richie Rich and Casper the Friendly Ghost comics , and some Archies and Disney Duck Tales comics , well , you get my point.....................lol

But , I do remember my first super hero / Spider-man comic book I ever read

Amazing Spider-man 101 , which guest stared , you guessed it , Morbius , so I was introduced to Morbius and Spider-man at the same time ,at a very young age and I've enjoyed Morbius ever since , even if he has always been a minor character

Morbius , the Living Vampire

although , not a true vampire in the sense

but was a scientist with a rare blood disease who tried to cure himself while doing experiments on himself , and in true comic book fashion , something goes wrong , horribly wrong...................LOL

so here is our first look at Jared Leto as Morbius , I'm assuming this is from the trailer that will be released tomorrow

it has fans pretty excited , it looks pretty spot on from the comics

one other thing that has fans excited , rumor has it , that this will be the first SONY film that will reference the MCU

Spider-man 101 , first Spider-man comic I ever read , Still Only 15 cents !!!

Morbius is part of the same SONY universe as the Venom movie , and hopefully , with SONY and Disney's new deal , won't be long before both universes cross over

Morbius is actually a good guy , but in typical Marvel villain fashion , a good person , but because of circumstances beyond his control is forced to do bad things , and in this case , really bad things..................lol

A couple fun MCU rumors

and thats all they are at this point

Christian Bale and Keanu Reeves are set to join the cast of the new Thor movie

Keanu Reeves , we'll wait and see , Marvel has been talking to him for years , and it has always sounds like he wants to join the MCU , but it's always just been a timing thing for him , can Marvel fit him in between The Matrix 4 and John Wick 4

but the Christian Bale is much more reality , as Variety has reported , Christian Bale has already entered final contract negotiations , and if Variety is reporting it , it's probably pretty close to happening

so the fun part is , who are they playing

well , rumor has it

Christian Bale will be playing , well , at least voicing Beta Ray Bill

and Keanu Reeves is rumored to be playing the Silver Surfer

again , all rumors and fan speculation

Keanu Reeves probably won't even be in it

and Christian Bale will probably just have a 2 minute cameo , just like Matt Damon had in the last Thor much

but it would be cool to see both those actors as Beta Ray Bill and Silver Surfer
