We had a report of a camel running down route 15 last year. I never heard where it came from.

We get Amish buggies being hit by cars about once a year. I hate those wagons driving on the highways. They don’t pay any taxes so they shouldn’t be using our roads. If the road is busy it really sucks following at 10-15 mph for a few miles. I wouldn’t care if I hit the wagons so much, unless they’ve got kids in with them, but those poor horses get terrified from an accident. I witnessed it. The horse was freaking out.

You may wonder why I don’t care about the Amish getting hit. Well if you ask them, they will say it was Gods will that the person driving the car hit their wagon. So who am I to argue? They’ll say the same thing if one of their kids get very sick. If one of their community members starts raping in their women they blame Satan. It’s all a bit fucked up imo. How does a person not try to help their kid if they are sick? And, how do they forgive someone raping their daughters and keep them in the community?

That reminds of of a true story that happened to my friend's wife.

She was on her way to work back in 1981 driving around Lake Dora which is in Mt Dora, FL. The sight she saw caused her to run her car completely off the road. Luckily there was no accident.

They were filming a Movie called Honkey Tonk Highway there in Mt Dora. It was a big production. My friend's wife didn't have any idea it was happening.

Imagine her surprise when she looked out on the lake and saw an elephant water skiing! Yep... she ran off the road. When she arrived at work a little late... they all thought she was completely full of shit when she told them what happened. I still ask her to tell me the story every now and then... just so hilarious.

So just remember... You might think that you're Redneck, but there's always someone Rednecker than you! LOL

down the street from the town beach here is a lavender farm, but they also have pet camels and alpacas.

It's not a rare sight to see one of them strolling along the shore because they got out of the pen
