The two new additions came through late last night. Tucker with the late RBI single. Diaz with the save.

Glasnow today. A day off tomorrow. I wasn't sure Sasaki wouldn't be sent to triple A with his struggles in spring training. But he's listed to start Monday. We'll see how that works out. Ohtani on Tuesday.

Diaz as the stopper makes me actually think we can win games with a 1 run lead in the 9th inning.

What a difference in having someone you can count on.

A day off today after sweeping the Dbacks. Sasaki on the mound tomorrow. I guess they want to give the kid every chance to get his game back. He struggled mightily in spring training games. ERA over 15 in four starts. WHIP over 2. 15 walks in 8 innings. Maybe games at Dodger stadium with the crowd behind him will help him focus. We'll see. If it doesn't get better I think they'll have to think about sending him to the minors to work on his game. Mainly his command.

Following the Dodgers throughout the 70’s through now, this era has to be the most dominant, and league-respected era we’ve ever seen. (Perhaps the Drysdale/Koufax years are a close second?)

There are other good teams in the league, but the Dodgers are clearly seen as best. I’d like to see a three-peat this year to really solidify it as a Dynasty.

My only pause, is that I wish there were more home-grown players on the roster, and in star positions.

Well last night was one of Robert's losses. Leaving Wrobleski in the seventh inning as long as he did to give up 3 more runs was their downfall. Especially after walking in a run. Should have taken him out after that.

Roberts always has a few games each year where he is the primary responsibility for a loss.

The good news is, Sasaki did not look near as bad as he did in spring training. 1 run through 4 innings is a nice outing. Hopefully he works through his issues with command. That was main reason for the spring struggles.

The offense was shut down for the most part. That happens to even the best lineups. I have no doubt the pitching and hitting will be fine over the course of the season.

Its game 4, cmon...I think he deserves a little leeway here....

They lost b/c they didnt hit, not because of DOC.

I am just saying he has a few games like this every year where I question his moves.

And just to emphasize - if it is only a few games each year - he is doing really well.
