People pay a ton of money to see that and it just makes good business sense. If other players could do it, they would have the same rule apply to them. Now let's get back to celebrating back to back titles.Then why can't the DH go into the field to replace a position player and someone else take over the DH spot? Can't do it. Once the DH goes into the field, you lose the DH spot. So it's not really "a position". It's a "special position" just like Ohtani getting extra time for warm ups and special consideration when he's removed from the mound.If he's super human and all that, why does he need extra time to get to the mound for warm up in between innings?
